Open Psiphon and edit it as follows

proxy type: reverse proxy
proxy server: instagram.com
real proxy type: HTTP
Now save it and go to
settings >> more options >> tick connect through http proxy and use the settings below;
host address: 50.30.152.130
proxy: 8086
Now create a new APN with the settings below and activate it as default
Name: Etisalat
Apn: etisalat
proxy: 127.0.0.1
port: 8080

Now connect your Psiphon and enjoy the web
